1. Who we are
Nipun India Skill Development and Training Pvt. Ltd. (“Nipun India”, “we”) provides school management software and related services to institutions, staff and parents across India.
2. Information we collect
Schools & franchises
- Institute name, address, contact persons, GST/PAN where applicable
- Staff usernames, roles and login activity
- Student records: name, class, attendance, fees, exam marks (entered by the school)
Parents & students
- Mobile number, email (if provided), guardian details
- Portal login and app usage for fees, homework and alerts
Website visitors
- Contact form and demo requests
- IP address, browser type and cookies for security and analytics
3. How we use data
- Operate the school ERP, SMS/WhatsApp alerts and mobile apps
- Support, billing and franchise onboarding
- Improve product security and performance
- Comply with applicable Indian law
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with payment gateways (e.g. registration fees), SMS/WhatsApp providers, and hosting partners under contract. Schools remain responsible for accuracy of student data they enter.
5. Security & retention
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server safeguards. Data is retained while the school account is active and as required by law.
6. Your rights
Schools may request correction or export of institute data. Parents should contact their school office first; you may also email info@nipunindia.com.
