1. Agreement

By using nipunindiaedu.com, the Nipun school ERP, parent/teacher logins or franchise registration, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to bind that institution.

2. Services

Nipun India Schools provides cloud-based school management software including fees, attendance, exams, communication, transport and related modules. Features may vary by plan and region. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• Schools must provide accurate registration details.
• Login credentials must not be shared publicly; schools are responsible for staff and parent access.
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse or legal requirement.

4. Fees & payment

Franchise registration, subscription or module fees are shown at checkout. Payments via authorised gateways are non-refundable except where required by law or written agreement. Schools own fee collection to parents; Nipun is not party to parent–school fee disputes.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, harassment or attempts to breach security
• No scraping, reverse engineering or resale of the platform without consent
• Schools must have consent to store student/parent data they upload

6. Intellectual property

Software, branding and documentation remain property of Nipun India Schools. Schools receive a limited licence to use the ERP for their institution during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Nipun India Schools is not liable for indirect losses, data entry errors by schools, SMS delivery delays by telecom providers, or force majeure events.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Telangana shall have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections.
